THINKING ABOUT BUYING OR SELLING?

WHY IT MATTERS

We don’t just sell homes. We buy them, renovate them, design them & know exactly what they’re worth.

There’s a difference between an agent who knows the market and one who has lived it. We’ve purchased properties others walked away from, renovated them with intention, and created spaces people actually want to be in.

Featured Projects

909 Dayton St, Millionaire’s Row

Some historic homes don’t get a second chance. This one did. We purchased it and committed to a complete restoration — preserving the original character while bringing it back to its full potential. Featured in Cincinnati Magazine.

Cheapside Cafe

Before downtown Cincinnati’s breakfast scene existed, there was Cheapside. Opened in 2014 in a quiet corner of the design district — an all-white minimalist space, intentional down to the last detail, built a fast following. People Magazine named it the best sandwich in Ohio & the Bare Naked Ladies mentioned it in concert.
