Creighton Concepts Begining

We’ve been sitting on this idea for a long time and we’re finally doing it. We’re Joe and Robin Creighton, a husband and wife team with over 20 years of combined experience across fine art, interior design, the restaurant industry, weddings, fashion, photography and real estate. We think in concepts, throw ourselves completely into everything we touch, and have never really been able to do anything halfway. Creighton Concepts is where all of it lives, the projects, the ideas, the work we can’t stop thinking about. We figured the best place to start was the beginning. So our first post is about our wedding, because in a lot of ways this is where the story really begins. Welcome. We’re glad you’re here.

The event was hosted at The Rookwood in Mt. Adams, founded by Joe in 2008 the historic space was home to the original Rookwood Pottery building. To learn more about how The Rookwood was started check out our about page. We were lucky enough to have our wedding photographed by Danelle Bohane (based in New Zealand), and published in the international magazine Together Journal (click link for feature and extended list of vendors). Some of our favorite elements were the amazing harvest table (created in house at The Rookwood), large scale floral installations (Piepmeier the Florist), and of course the lighting design and music.
