Joe has been a pivotal figure in transforming Cincinnati’s dining landscape, consistently setting new trends in the restaurant industry with his intuitive sense of design and ability to transform environments. Joe’s notable projects include owning and operating The Rookwood, a beloved restaurant known for its farm-to-table dishes and historic charm. He also founded Cheapside Cafe, which gained national recognition in People Magazine for having the best sandwich in Ohio. Additionally, Mecca OTR, a vibrant bar and creative haven in Over-the-Rhine, and Covalt Station, a family-friendly restaurant where Milford/Terrace Park/ Indian Hill merge that evokes a vacation vibe. His diverse ventures highlight his ability to create beyond the expected everyday experience.
Robin began her career very early in life with Ford Models in NYC where she learned about production, photography, and marketing on a large-scale. After modeling for 12 years she graduated from the University of Cincinnati DAAP with a BFA. She utilized her experience to become a professional photographer, honing her skills in coordination, styling, design. After meeting Joe and getting married she transitioned into focusing on the business aspects of her family’s restaurants. During that time together they purchased and renovated properties and began their journey in real estate. Over the years she has worked to build and manage her own real estate rental portfolio. Robin’s expertise and dedication led her to join the #1 real estate team in Cincinnati at Coldwell Banker.
